Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how you may use Organic Toolbox, including the product catalogue, saved products and Smart Analysis.
1. About the service
Organic Toolbox helps you discover and compare inputs for organic production. We provide information and tools; we do not sell the listed products, certify them or replace advice from a qualified adviser. Browsing or saving a product does not place an order or establish its suitability for your farm.
2. Check product information before use
Product information can change, including composition, labels, registrations and certification conditions. A catalogue listing is not proof of current approval for your particular use. Before buying or applying an input, check the current product label, relevant restrictions and your certification requirements with the supplier, certifier or a qualified adviser. Follow applicable directions and legal requirements.
3. Smart Analysis
Smart Analysis uses AI to read your laboratory report and connect findings with catalogue information. It can misread values, miss issues or produce incomplete results. Product matches do not establish that a product is suitable, necessary or safe for your circumstances. The output is informational guidance, not an agronomic prescription or treatment plan. Cross-check it against your original report and seek qualified advice before deciding what to apply.
4. Your uploads and privacy
Upload only files you are authorised to share with us and our service providers for analysis. Remove personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the analysis, particularly information about other people. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how uploads, analysis results, feedback and browser storage are handled, including processing by our service providers.
5. Responsible use
Use the service lawfully. Do not upload malicious files, interfere with other users, attempt to access private information, bypass security or usage limits, or overload the service through spam or bulk automated uploads. We may restrict activity that breaches these rules where reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
6. Saving, printing and sharing
You may save and print information for personal or internal business use and share it with your adviser. Keep relevant source information and qualifications with it. Product names, images, labels and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant ownership of those materials or permission to imply an endorsement.
7. Supplier websites and purchases
External links lead to services operated by others, with their own terms and privacy practices. Any purchase, delivery, product warranty or refund arrangement is between you and the relevant supplier. Check their information and terms before proceeding.
8. Accuracy, availability and your rights
We aim to keep the service useful and accurate, but information may contain errors and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Please report problems so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
